Representing the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region XII - SLGP RCT was Ana Louwel V. Cabrido. Meanwhile, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Region XII was represented by Chief Budget and Management Specialist SHARA D. ABDUL and Senior Budget and Management Specialist HAMZUR M. DILG’s RIDS for CSOs Training Sets New Ground for Inclusive Local Leadership

In a bold move to strengthen citizen-led governance, the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XII held a groundbreaking training for Civil Society Organization (CSO) Desk Officers, aimed at equipping them with tools to uphold participatory leadership and community-driven development.
Last July 16, 2025, the Department of the Interior and Local Government – National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) conducted a Learning Visit to DILG Rehiyon Dose, fostering a meaningful exchange of best practices and innovations in internal operations, knowledge management, local governance, and Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives.
Koronadal City, South Cotabato – July 3, 2025 — In a continued effort to advance the government’s campaign against illegal drugs through advocacy and inter-agency collaboration, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region XII spearheaded the Regional Inter-Agency Committee Against Drugs (RICAD) - Advocacy Cluster in support of the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS).
Held at the Wagi Hall of the DILG XII Regional Office, the meeting brought together member-agencies to report on their accomplishments for the first half of 2025 and to reaffirm their commitment to a unified, whole-of-nation approach to drug prevention and control.
DILG XII and Mahintana Foundation Inc. Ink Partnership to Champion Local Open Government Initiatives

(MFI) on July 14, 2025 at the DILG XII Regional Office, Prime Regional Government Center, Brgy. Carpenter Hill.
